Dr. Loren Alves grew up in the housing projects of Dayton, Ohio and after high school secured a job with General Motors but decided that life had much to offer beyond GM and quit after a year to go to college where he graduated cum laude, from Central State University and went on to earn a DMD Degree from Washington University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Loren Alves served twenty-one and a half years in the US Army Dental Corp, retiring as a Colonel. He has lectured internationally and domestically, as well as served as a keynote speaker where he speaks on a range of topics from Pediatric Behavior Management, Careers in Dentistry, Challenges of Success, overcoming adversity and other topics. He was the first African American board certified pediatric dentist in the city of San Antonio.
Dr. Alves currently is the Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics at East Carolina University School Of Dental Medicine. He is a member of the National Dental Association's Board of Trustees, and holds memberships in a number of professional and fraternal organizations. He also devoted much of his time in San Antonio as a mentor and volunteered for the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and 100 Black Men of San Antonio. |

Earl Blanche is a certified public accountant with over 32 years experience in the Internal Revenue Service where he served as a Senior Executive. He is licensed in the states of Texas, Virginia and Missouri. During his tenure at the IRS, Earl provided executive leadership and direction in the design, development, and delivery of a very diverse range of highly complex tax administrative policies, procedures, and programs. He holds a myriad of certifications and is one of the leading accountants in the country. His knowledge and expertise in cutting edge alternative dispute resolutions and he is a trained execution presenter in matters of business, tax, and finance.
He is the founding member of Blanche LLC based in San Antonio, TX. As the CFO and Treasurer of Prosperity Publications, Mr. Blanche provides expertise in matters such as pricing models, business operations, accounting and taxation. The expertise to clients draws on his experience as a high-profile executive with a proven record of performance in business strategies, cost and accounting determinations, budgets, and meeting operational objectives that deliver a return on your publishing investment as he serves as the company's investor relations chair. |

To be Young, Gifted and Black personifies Toschia Moffett. From the time she began reading at the age of three, her parents knew that she was gifted and she has shined every since. Toschia is multi-talented. Author, Attorney, Theater Director, musician, singer, entrepreneur and speaker. Toschia wears many hats and wears them well. People that know her well describe her as an experience! From working in the inner city of Chicago to working in corporate law to helping plan and market a cross country bus trip for at risk kids across the country that was featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, to marketing organizations founded by NFL players and celebrities, Toschia gives 200 percent to all that she does. Her first novel went straight to the top and she is completing a novel due for release next year. She has also contributed to several anthologies and is a ghostwriter for two works published by Prosperity Publications, The Life of Dr. Rev. James W. Sanders, Sr. with Professor Frederick Williams and "The Story of My Praise," the story of Tera Davis Adams. If Paul Roberson had a female counterpart it would be "Toschia." She is an excellent and much sought after speaker and theater director. She has received numerous awards for her community activism including Business and Leadership award, Top 40 under 40, Community Service awards, including many more. She is very active in many organizations and legal organizations as well. As business development director and Marketing director, Toschia works with corporations, authors, historical societies and organizations in order to provide quality programming, works and events for the Prosperity Publications organization. |

Rhonda Lawson, PhD is a 14-time published author and a 23-year veteran of the United States Army. The entire 23 years were spent working in every facet of public relations, including print and broadcast journalism, speech preparation, photography, and media relations. Dr. Lawson is also an international speaker, having spoken in such countries as Korea, Germany, Belgium, and across the United States. Rhonda has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, a Master of Arts in Human Relations, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Lawson serves in the position of Associate Editor of Prosperity Publications and Marketing/Publicity Director. She is also the founder and CEO of Meet the World Image Solutions, LLC a boutique public relations firm that specializes in assisting small business, non-profit organizations, authors, and artists. Meet the World Image Solutions serves entrepreneurs with smaller advertising budgets. |
